I try to concentrate on our work: you the model, I, the painter.
Yet what goes through this mind, what dreams are born and destroyed, what illicit fantasies stimulate this imagination?
What pain tortures this body?
For art is the opposite of love.

Great composition between the photograph and the words.
Long ago, I did some art school modeling to make a little extra money. Any sexy thoughts that went through my head were to distract me from the utter boredom I was feeling from holding the same pose for endless minutes. I was generally always treated respectfully by the students and instructors. None of them ever hit on me, although one instructor was rude because I couldn’t hold a pose that was very uncomfortable to me. He piped down when I asked if he wanted me to leave and he could find another model for the afternoon. He knew he couldn’t get one on such short notice.

I love the juxtaposition, the image and the words blended seamlessly. My favorite take on the last two prompts so far.
