#FiveSentenceFiction: Limitless

Robert Doisneau The old station was engulfed in the trash and white noise of their commercial age but he had eyes only for the small crowd waiting at the end of the platform.

She was there, tall, red-haired, her calm eyes already taking possession of him.

Then he was in her arms, she kissing him full mouth, as she used to, all those years past, when they met after school.

At once he felt transformed, a different man, and yes, already much younger.

And she said: “We have two days – just think of all that we can do for two days!”

  1. This is the power of love!

Wonder why we, males, feel so mixed up when red hair and green eyes focused on us! 🙂

    Good story, well written!

    Thank you!
